This is an order form. All orders MUST BE PLACED each week by WEDNESDAY evening and will be available for pick up the following Saturday from 10a-3p at our Farm to Table Store.

*We have a no refund policy due to perishable items. When you purchase from us, you are agreeing that if you do not pick up your order, you will not receive a refund or replacement. If something comes up and you absolutely cannot make it, please reach out to us ASAP!

This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
